CJD is a rare, incurable disease. This disease took away a husband, a father, a brother, a son, an uncle, and a friend to many. Alejandro (Nandy) was always a fighter and never backed down from any fight or challenge. We are coming together in the memory of Nandy to fight to find a cure for CJD.

The CJD Foundation has been a great resource to many families, including ours, with information, free services of second opinions, and providing research to help find a cure.
