My name is Janice Van Horn. This is my first year participating in the Striking Out Domestic Violence event. This event helps raise money for the women and children who live at Shirley's House of Hope in Marshfield.
You may be wondering why I believe in an event like this. I believe that this event is a huge life changing opportunity for those who reside within Shirley's House of Hope. I believe that everybody should be able to get the optimal food and personal supplies that they need to live. The Striking Out Domestic Violence event allows us to raise the money needed for the women and children who live there.
