Hello! We're here to ask for your support for C.A.R.E. for our annual Strut for Strays event. 

For us, C.A.R.E. is a meaningful purpose in retirement. We see how our efforts improve the lives of homeless dogs and cats. C.A.R.E. helps over 300 cats and dogs a year get loving, adoptive homes. It's the best feeling in the world when a cat or dog leaves our adoption center to go HOME. 

We both perform a lot of roles for C.A.R.E. Mark is Treasurer, shift leader for two days a week, and also helps with our Pet Food Pantry. Barb is a shift lead, part of the intake team that transfers cats from Chicago Animal Care & Control, and she participates in fundraising events. If that sounds like a lot of work, it is! It's a labor of love, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
