I'm fundraising for the Strut for Strays event for the benefit of the homeless dogs and cats at C.A.R.E. 

I started volunteering with this animal rescue organization in January to help make a difference for cats and dogs who are abandoned or neglected. C.A.R.E. provides essential medical care, healthy food, safe shelter, love and socialization to give them a chance at a better future in a forever home. 

I volunteer for cat care shifts and and also with the Pet Food Pantry that helps pet owners in need keep their pets at home. It is very rewarding to see a scared, timid cat blossom into an sweet adoptable cat. A wonderful, hard-working group of volunteers help to carry out the mission of C.A.R.E., but we need your help.  

I will be walking to fundraise for these deserving animals and I hope you can help me out. Your contribution, no matter the size, will go a long way in helping these furry friends.
