Nashville Aquatic Club (NAC) has championed in many ways …

Fundraising. We earned it!!!  The things that our club has tried and succeeded during the Covid-19 Pandemic will be vivid as a lesson of overcoming adversity. "Coach Sean goes LIVE". "YOU win our heart!"

My dad, a graduate of both Vanderbilt and Johns Hopkins always reminds me that "Exercise will activate everything INSIDE you from the body to the brain. It is one of a few things efficiently boosts your immune system." That's why my dad is the most advocator for me about this swimming practice.

He authored a book (2015) with name: Stronger from "WITHIN" is a good way to boost your immune systems: an application in Cancer Treatment. (The "within" here consists of mentality, healthy lifestyle, and environment)

Facts about Maggie Vo:

- Swimming is her No. 1 favorite. Next is Kumon. And the last is Piano. I and my wife were quite surprised as she is best at the last two ones!

- Maggie has excelled in school: named Miss Manners at her Kindergarten and was honored at special events every year after.

- Maggie is not fast at speed (in swimming) but does the right techniques. She is a nice cheerleader representing well for your NAC Club! She was named “Student of the Week” in 2019 (Green Group)
