My Personal Fundraising Page

This is my 3rd year running the half marathon on behalf of Naperville Education Foundation.  This year, I’m fundraising for a very personal cause.  My daughter’s classmate and our family friend, Sarah, was born with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) https://www.curesma.org/about-sma/  Sarah uses a wheelchair, and the playground at our elementary school is not very accessible for her.  We are raising funds to have an inclusive merry go round installed.  This piece of equipment is not only fun for all children, but Sarah can use it without assistance and alongside her friends.  It will benefit everyone in our community for years to come.  Half of funds raised by Steeple Run families through team NEF will come directly back to our school, and our principal has committed to putting those funds towards the merry go round project.  Any contributions, no matter how small, will be very much appreciated.
