Help Support a Great Cause

Support me as I challenge myself to raise awareness and educate teens about depression.

 

Most people don't know this about me but I have recently had my own struggles with mental health and finding it hard to see how to push through to the next day. I took a lot of time last year to find out what was the root cause of what I was feeling and every day I still have to remind myself that I am good enough and all I can be is me. Erika's Lighthouse is furthering education and helping kids recognize that it is okay to not always be okay, and it is an incredibly important cause to me and I'm excited to be able to run for the charity this October!!

Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.
