2023 Team Resilience: An Experience Crafted for You
Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. Our programs teach young people how to recognize the signs of depression—in themselves and their classmates. And they learn how to seek help.
You can be an important part of our mission! We believe in equitable access—cost should not be a barrier to depression education. With your support, our programs are free for all schools.
