Hello Friends & Family.....

Team Smiles is back for it's 15th year particuipating in the Together is Better Walk & Celebration!! As always, we are walking to show our support for Club 21 and individuals with Down syndrome. 

We are so grateful to have found Club 21 when Miles was just a year old. At a time when I felt completely lost and alone, I found this sweet group of people who embraced us and showered us with information, resources and love! Miles  is now 17 years old and a whole new journey into adulthood will soon begin and Club 21 will continue to be our community and resource center as we navigate this next chapter. 

Please help us reach our Team goal of $5,000.

And help Club 21 continue to build the next chapter of programs and opportunities for all ages.

• Expand transition-to-adulthood programming

• Strengthen educational supports and literacy instruction

• Provide resources and training for families and educators

• Build inclusive communities where individuals with Down syndrome can truly belong
