Dear family and friends, Join us for the "Together Is Better Walk & Celebration 2026" in support of Club 21! Club 21 has been our rock since Nathan was born. Over the years, they have supported our family in so many meaningful ways, and not only by helping Nathan, but by helping all of us navigate this journey together. Club 21 have supported our entire family. Club 21 has helped me navigate IEPs, inclusion, and advocacy, provided dad support and a community for Johnson, and created sibling connections for Joanne. Club 21 is a nonprofit organization, and the donations raised through this event directly support their programs and services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. We would be so happy to have you walk with us, celebrate with us, or simply support Team Nathan Chan! Every step and every donation makes a difference. Thank you for being part of Nathan’s village.
