I was a primary care partner for my dear mother, Dorothy Carpenter Bullock (aka "Grammy Dot"). She had Alzheimer's Disease, the most common type of Dementia. She passed in 2013, the very month we started the UNC/Charles House Caregiver's Support group.
I'm walking in her memory and in support of all those who are on a similar journey caring for a loved one with dementia. (I am also hoping to get our support group together in person since we have met virtually since the pandemic!) This is a fun, pet-friendly event and all are welcome! PM me if you have any questions.
