Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu- May all beings be happy and free and may my thoughts, words, and actions contribute in some way to happiness and freedom for all. 

In July 2018 I made the important decision to stop saying I was an animal lover, and start living a life that showed love and non violence by becoming vegan and committing to living without animal products. 

As I transitioned into a more peaceful way of living, I became a yoga instructor and recently opened a yoga studio built on ahimsa (non violence) as I move towards my goal of using my time on this earth to spread peace.
