The funds raised support Animal Justice's work to challenge Canadian ag gag laws in court, and fight to stop other provinces from passing these draconian laws.

Ag gag laws are designed to keep hidden-camera footage from inside farms off of the nightly news. Nothing is quite so scary to the meat industry as when consumers learn the truth about the staggering animal suffering. Animla Justice will do everything they can to make sure this secretive industry can't get away with covering up abuse.
