As many of you are aware our son Dakota was diagnosed with Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy at the age of 16. Although it was rough for many years, we were lucky to find this amazing organization that has helped us in more ways than I can explain. 

Ten years later and we our excited to say Dakota is 5 years seizure free. He is currently going to school full time pursuing a BA in education while bartending and substitute teaching on his free days. He has always worked hard and never used epilepsy as an excuse not to succeed. Words can never explain how proud we are of him!
