We started this journey before Silas's first birthday.   Silas was having myoclonic jerks, drops and absent seizures 30 plus times a days and even more on bad days.  It was heartbreaking to watch Silas, Matt and Cass go through this.  Silas is such a brave little man.  I remember being with him once when he was having a test done, and he just watched them put the needle in his arm.  Didn't even jerk.  Poor guy - that had become the norm for his young life. 

Fortunately, Silas just celebrated 2 years seizure free!!!   We continue to fight and raise money for the families just beginning this journey and the families still walking beside us. We don't know what the future holds for Silas, he might be forever seizure free or they might come back. So please consider donating to a cause that affects so many!
