We all need to support each other in these trying times, even and especially if someone or their loved ones is suffering from a mental health challenge. At First Congregationational Church of Ridgefield, we are exploring ways to reduce the stigma of mental health challenges, openening up the dialog and education and working to become WISE: Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive and Engaging.
