VCA Walk for the Animals

For those of you who know us, we are HUGE animal lovers! Combined, we have 7 dogs (4 of which are rescues), 7 chickens and a Bearded Dragon. Of that amount, Keith accounts for all animals except one. This year, we have offered our time to be a part of the Humane Society’s 2023 Walk Committee. While we will be there with a dog or two, bringing a chicken is still up for debate. If you’ve never attended this walk, it’s definitely a pawtastic fundraiser that allows you, your family and friends, along with your furry family member and friends, to gather and have an enjoyable morning while supporting the Humane Society’s efforts to help those unfortunate animals realize the benefit of becoming someone’s loved pet. Every donation helps big and small. Hope you can join and/or donate. Let’s walk to help the dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs and maybe even a chicken, so they have a safe place with companionship, food, toys, warmth, medical assistance and much more. We appreciate anything you can do.

For over 32 years, the Walk for the Animals has served as the Humane Society of Broward County's largest annual fundraiser. By donating to the Walk, you are helping thousands of animals that come through their doors each year. Every dollar supports them as they provide veterinary care, food, shelter and much much more to every animal they see.
