Georgia and I will be participating in the Virtual Walk for HAWC for the next 2 weeks.

Domestic Violence survivors need us to show up now. It has been a year+ that has tested us all, for individuals living with domestic violence the pandemic has been especially hard hitting with limited human connection and resources. HAWC knows survivors need to know their family, friends, and community see them and care. I believe the world wants to end domestic violence. In this time of crisis we have seen communities rally to help those most at risk and HAWC is asking for you to rally around survivors in this very same way. By donating to HAWC, you allow us to maintain our most critical services, as well as work to meet the urgent needs of survivors. I see the Walk for HAWC as an opportunity to remind us that all people deserve a life that is safe, equitable, free of abuse, and filled with possibility. This walk is also an opportunity to show Georgia and her friends that they can be community change makers.
