In honor of my dad, Terry L. Clark, b. August 30, 1942 - d. July 21, 2021

My dad, Terry L. Clark, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 21, 2021 after battling bone marrow cancer for seven months. 

Growing up in Mt. Pleasant, SC, Dad taught me how to sail on a Sunfish off the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms.  In the summer of 2020, Dad and I rekindled our interest in sailing on a family vacation at Litchfield Beach, and we went sailing together on a rented Hobie Cat Wave.  This led to Dad helping me purchase an old Force 5 in March of this year.  I completely refurbished it and shared pictures of the process with Dad, but he never got to see it in person before he died.  So, in honor of my dad who taught me a love for sailing, but more importantly a love for Jesus Christ, I'm "Sailing for Others" in this year's Hospice Regatta. I miss you Dad and can't wait to see you again!
