On May 30th from 10AM – 12PM, Auburn Jiu Jitsu is hosting a fundraising open mat in support of the We Defy Foundation — right here at 758 E Glenn Ave, Auburn, AL. 

The We Defy Foundation provides combat veterans coping with military-connected disabilities a long-term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. For veterans managing PTSD, anxiety, and depression, the mats offer something that's hard to find elsewhere — structure, community, and a path forward. Auburn BJJ is proud to be a WDF-affiliated gym and to bring that mission home to Auburn.

$0.82 of every donated dollar goes directly to program expenses — covering a full year of gym fees and equipment for a veteran in need. A single scholarship costs approximately $2,500.
