Breast cancer has impacted so many people—whether it’s family, friends, or members of our community. Being part of this fundraiser gives me the opportunity to help make a difference for those who are going through something incredibly difficult.

Organizations like Carolina Breast Friends provide support, encouragement, and a sense of community for those facing a diagnosis—and that kind of support truly matters.

Hi, i'm jersey and i have been dancing since i was three years old. I'm in 6th grade at weddington middle school. My favorite style of dance is jazz and contemporary. My goal is to make 1500 dollars for this fundraiser it seems like a lot, but it means a lot to me and the people at the Pink House. I love making other people feel happy and good about them selfs.

This fundraiser is extra special to our studio because our owner, Michelle, is an 18-year breast cancer survivor. Her story has shown us how life can change in an instant—but also how powerful love, support, and community can be during the hardest times.

Her story inspires us to be part of something bigger—coming together, giving back, and supporting others in a fun and meaningful way. We’re proud to help spread awareness and make a difference!

As part of this fundraiser, I’ll be wearing a pink hair extension (“wiglet”) throughout the month of April to help raise awareness and start conversations.
