I believe that everyone should have better options than to call the street their 'home'. However, this is not the reality for so many. Over the past few years, the number of people experiencing homelessness who I know and love has grown. These are some of the most generous, hilarious, and caring people I know. People who helped me to become a priest and who have significantly formed me to be the person that I am. My life is definitely made richer by their care and friendship. The Winter Walk is a chance for me to show up for these friends. It's also an opportunity to raise money for organizations that make up a support network and who work to end homelessness.
