Why I Swim

After five years of working at Hospicare and helping to organize the event, I am FINALLY swimming!

This year, I am swimming in memory of Clare Fewtrell, longtime volunteer paddler for the swim, accomplished sailor, and all around inspriing person.

I am also celebrating recieiving my Master of Social Work (MSW) in August and my 1.2 mile swim will be a metaphorical crossing of a threshold into my career.
