Hospicare provides a crucial service for our community. I am so thankful that Hospicare was here when my family needed hospice services. Hospicare is here at the hardest time for any family, providing comfort and medical care for patients and support for family members. Both my Mom and Dad had the benefit of hospice at the very end of their lives. My family is so thankful. I swim to raise money for Hospicare to help ensure that other families will have this essential service when the time comes.... I swim with both of my parents in my heart as well as with friends, family members and family members of dear friends in my heart too.
