Two Years Ago, Noe Bartmass created my bio as a Write-a-thon perk. I still love it so much!

Marnee Chua is a nonprofit administrator and the executive director of Clarion West, a school for foundling writers. Her skills include acquiring funding via traditional fund-raising, grant-writing, and hand-to-hand combat with pirates and international spies. Her past projects include helping coral reef fish develop a nonprofit creative co-working space (members include the clownfish who went on to star in Finding Nemo). She also scuba-dives regularly to meet and engage new piscine clients in service of a project code-named "Atlantis." Marnee writes poetry, which she refrains from sharing, as it has the power to cause the singularity if read aloud. She is also famous for her "Winogradsky Columns," scented layered candles made from all-natural ingredients.

My Writing Goals

Hey, it's time, I'm going to write a short story this summer. It may or may not have Windogradsky Columns involved, I make no promises. My last story had zombie death via children's choir.

What I Write

Mostly, I write grants! I hope that I am much better at writing grants than I am at writing fiction. I also write questionable ad copy for a small, local coworking space.
