I've worked for NuPath, Inc for a little over 3 years. In this short time, I've assumed varying roles in residential. I have the pleasure and honor of working with and for an amazing team of big-hearted folks who I've come to call my second family.

As a team, we strive to promote happy and healthy independent living while making healthy choices to lead a fulfilling life. We pride ourselves on community involvement, whether it be volunteering, working, exercising at the local gym, grocery shopping, fairs, music festivals, painting, local car shows, community groups, and even Special Olympics!

We strive to create and grow independence in the community and at home. We support people who have a desire and goal to work independently in the community - and they're doing just that! They're achieving their dreams and daring to dream even bigger for the next job they want to put effort toward. 

We also promote quality of life care with the dignity and respect it deserves towards the end of life. Our team take the time and care to ensure end of life is cherished, and families feel that in our work. Through the tough work of total care, we are connecting with each individual person and that makes a difference.
