It has been a tough few years for all of us! The human services were hit especially hard- vulnerable populations, loss of critical services, and a staffing crisis. When we suddenly closed in March of 2020, many of our individuals lost their community of friends and supporters. Nupath quickly implemented some innovative solutions including virtual programming, weekly wellness check ins, and regular social phone calls to maintain our connections. We all worked hard to re-open in August 2020 despite the limitations put in place and the fears of a mid-pandemic world. Keeping the services in the hands of those we serve has been a top priority throughout the pandemic and we work hard each day to make it happen.
