The devastating news of a childhood illness or critically ill newborn will knock the wind out of you. Once the initial news passes, then you have to think through logistics. How will we afford this? Where will we stay? Who do we reach out to for help? Many of us will never be in this situation, but there are so many that are. Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas has stepped in to ease the stress and answer these questions for people. They offer a free place to stay and 3 meals a day and are located right across from the Childrens Hospital.

This is why I wear my stripes. I want to do my part in helping to raise awareness and funds for this amazing program. With the help of our donations we will help keep the lights on at RMHC and ensure that more families will receive the help they need this year.
