This year's Books & Brews will be held on Thursday, June 4, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Downtown Library - Terrace & Cafe.

Come experience the Library in a vibrant new way — tasty eats, interactive experiences, signature mocktail & spirits by The Wini Bar, live music by Matt Parker and a FREE beer tasting by Urban Lodge Brewing Co.

More than a night out, Books & Brews supports Hartford Public Library’s mission to expand opportunity and access our city. 

The Library brings people together to learn, create, and connect — and Books & Brews reflects the same welcoming community feel of HPL.

Tickets: Early Bird, $25, through May 15 At the door, $30

  • Date with a Book – Choose a surprise wrapped book to take home and discover a new read.
  • Puzzle Tables – Collaborate on community puzzles and help complete a shared challenge.
  • Library Games & Win Prizes – Light, interactive games inspired by storytelling and creativity.

Parking is located along the road or in the parking garage on Arch St (one way road). 
Download the Woonerf app - Zone 3642 or use pay to park kiosk.  
You can enter on Main St. or throught the Arch St. enterance.
