Ask An Expert- Leading Organizations in Times of Change

About This Event

Join Community Resource Center and Consultants for Good (C4G) on July 21, 2026, from 11am–12pm for a collaborative, interactive conversation on Leading Organizations in Times of Change — a space to ask questions and connect directly with an expert.

This is part of our 2026 “Ask an Expert” series, featuring practical conversations on key nonprofit challenges like Diversifying Revenue, Nonprofit Finance & Financial Management, and Creating a Culture of Belonging and additional sessions throughout the year!

Session Overview

Navigating change is a constant for nonprofit organizations, especially in rural communities where resources and capacity can shift quickly. This session will focus on practical strategies for leading organizations through periods of transition with clarity and confidence.

Participants will explore approaches to action planning, strategic planning, and leadership development for both boards and staff teams. The session will also highlight ways to strengthen organizational health by building cohesion, establishing clear direction, and aligning around shared goals. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss how to apply these strategies within their own organizations.
