My Personal Fundraising Page

For the past seven years I have had the opportunity to receive unconditional love from the homeless dogs waiting for their forever home at the shelter. I have been blessed to be the foster mom of a special few that touched my heart even more. I have made wonderful friendships with other volunteers whose dedication and compassion to shelter animals is inspiring. I have watched shelter staff give their all and then give more in whatever capacity was necessary. I never thought my time at the Capital Area Humane Society would help me through some of the toughest times of my life and touch my soul along the way!!!

Please join me in supporting this amazing organization which receives no state or federal funding, and has no affiliation to any other humane organizations. It is only the support of the community that keeps CAHS going. Any amount you may be able to give will help tremendously - it all adds up! Or, come join me at the Walk for the Animals on October 5 to show your support for animals in need!
