I have been on CitySquash’s Junior Board since 2020 and am additionally a proud mentor to CitySquash team member, Ashley Amaro. I’m excited to be competing in the 2021 Battle of Brooklyn and helping CitySquash raise money through the event.

The Battle of Brooklyn is a friendly competition that brings together supporters and squash enthusiasts to promote the Brooklyn CitySquash program. The event features eight teams who will compete in a round-robin format in both singles & doubles. Funds raised from the event will directly benefit the 45 elementary, middle, and high school team members served through CitySquash’s Brooklyn site.

CitySquash is back in-person this year but without access to our facility partner, Poly Prep Country Day, due to COVID-19 restrictions. Practices are currently being held at both the Eastern Athletic Club & Heights Casino. Given court fees and increased transportation costs for practices, your support is greatly appreciated and will enable us to continue running in-person squash practices in Brooklyn!
