Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT, Inc.) was founded in April 2019 by Christina Gravina, the CEO/President of the organization.  After years of working as a direct care staff, Manager of group homes, Area director of several group homes, and most recently a Residential Behaviorist serving over 50 group homes continually for behavioral services she decided to start her own non-profit organization, specializing in creating person centered services that truly keep the individual's goals at the center of the programming.

In just three years BILT, Inc. has grown to employing over 30 people and serving 75 families in the community. We currently have skill-building services, clinical work, job coaching services, assistance with college or independent living, respite care, courses and services for individuals over 22, assistance with helping to oversee individuals' needs who are residing in residential programs, and we offer a variety of trainings for both individuals and organizations.

BILT, Inc. was started with a vision of supporting families by hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling staff, taking away this process from families who may not have time or experience with this. The second part of our vision is having staff who are paid a livable wage, who are receiving ongoing supervision and training, and who are excited to come to work and make a difference in the life of someone who has a disability.

We have big plans and goals for the future that year by year we are getting closer to accomplishing. Your donations and fundraising efforts help us tremedously in lowering the cost of our programs, allowing us to pay our staff livable wages, servicing low income families for low cost or free options, and with creating innovative programming for our individuals. We have big plans for expanding our over 22 programming within the next 6 months and are creating programs for individuals who are using self-directed funding. But, we need your support!

Can you help us support our mission? Every donation counts and we can't do it without our community.
