I am a HIV/Aids long-time survivor with almost 33 years of living with this disease. When I moved back to Hawai'i in 2011, Hawai'i Health and Harm Reduction (at the time was Life Foundation) has helped me so much that it changed my life so much. The first I was assigned a case manager who set me up with the best medical doctor and psychologist on the Island. Then housing, food support, treatment services, education seminars and more. Because of this organization, I found sobriety and today I am proud to be clean and sober for 11 years and 6 months. I am truly grateful for this organization and cannot say Mahalo enough for their help and support.
