Gabi was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor shortly after her 4th birthday. Over the years, she endured two brain surgeries, six weeks of radiation, countless months of physical and occupational therapy, and multiple eye procedures to correct her vision—just a few of the many challenges she faced. This year, we are celebrating Gabi’s 12th year cancer-free!

Although we were told she might face lasting effects from the radiation, Gabi has defied expectations with her resilience and determination. Today, she is a thriving 16-year-old honor student, active swimmer, and dedicated field hockey player. Her strength inspires us every day!

Throughout this journey, ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation has been by our side. From assisting during hospital stays and treatments to supporting us through every scan, ASK has been a constant source of care and comfort. They have also helped with after-school enrichment programs and summer camps, providing Gabi with opportunities to grow and thrive.
