Hello friends, my loved ones! What a magnificent moment in time to be a part of something that actually matters. Not only to the children, but the families that are impacted by cancer. It is not singular to the child, which is cruel and awful in itself, but the impactive wave it ripples through an entire family. If you've never experienced this, I bless you for that, but those who have know exactly what I mean. It is nothing you can prepare for. It is nothing you think would happen to you. But nationally, 42 children are diagnosed with cancer every day nationwide.
While that sounds very dismal to many, remember, God is there. He knows, and he feels our pains. There is strength and triumph in pain, and while our Korageous Kids fight for life, they are becoming the most righteous people they will ever be. I believe this because I myself am a survivor of childhood Leuemia. I was sick, I fought, and I overcame. Call it a luck of the dice, but I know prayer, sacrifice and unconditional love healed me.
We have to be stronger morally. We have to have faith. And above all, be proactive and care!
Pay your good health forward. And feel blessed by doing so.
I love you all with my whole heart.
Amy
