ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation (which stands for Assistance, Support, and Kindness) has been an incredible source of support for our family throughout Isaiah’s cancer journey.

Isaiah was diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at just 20 months old while we were living in California. After completing the intense induction phase of treatment, our family moved to Virginia, where ASK has supported us ever since.

Today, Isaiah is in remission and currently in the maintenance phase of treatment. He is due to finish treatment and ring the bell this August, a milestone our family has been looking forward to since the day of his diagnosis.

One of the most special parts of ASK for Isaiah has been participating in their First STEP preschool program, where he gets to learn, play, and spend time with other children who understand this journey in a way most people can’t. Programs like this make an immeasurable difference for kids and families going through childhood cancer.
