I’m always proud to do my small part to support the Dempsey Center, which is dedicated to helping people (and those who love and support them) understand and handle the many challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.
Sadly, the list of people I care about who have learned that they have cancer has grown every year I've done the Dempsey Challenge. There have been some joyful outcomes, and there have been heartbreaking ones.
Whatever the cancer journey, Dempsey Center is there to help patients, survivors, caregivers, and their loved ones with all the physical, emotional, social, and practical challenges that arise. No one is turned away because of cost -- all services are free.
