I'm raising money for the Dempsey Center!

Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year’s Dempsey Challenge!

It has been nine years since my Mom lost her battle with ovarian cancer, and I am thankful every day for the time I had with her. She was my rock.

As so many families experience, supporting someone you love through cancer opens your eyes to the challenges and complexities that come with a diagnosis. The journey through treatment and recovery can be overwhelming, disorienting, and scary—not only for the person with cancer, but for everyone who loves and cares for them.

That is why the work of the Dempsey Center means so much to me.

The Dempsey Center’s mission is to make life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the physical and emotional side effects of cancer and improving their social, familial, and functional well-being—at any point in their cancer journey, all at no cost.

As both a supporter and Board Chair of the Dempsey Center, I have had the privilege of seeing firsthand the extraordinary impact the Center has on people and families in the worldwide community it serves. I am convinced that this kind of compassionate, whole-person support is the standard of care that every person impacted by cancer deserves.

The Dempsey Challenge is the premier fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. By making a donation to my page, you will help provide no-cost services and support to thousands of people with cancer, survivors, care partners, and their loved ones. Every gift, no matter the amount, helps ensure these services remain available to those who need them for years to come.
