I’m taking on the Dempsey Challenge this year to support the Dempsey Center—a vital organization that provides free emotional, physical, and practical care to cancer patients, survivors, and their families.

While cancer hasn't impacted my life in the same way it has others, I do this event to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with my wife, Lynn. I’ve watched her carry the loss of her mom for decades and pour her heart into honoring her memory. Joining her in the Dempsey Challenge is my way of supporting her personal mission, honoring the loved ones we’ve lost, and helping make sure no family has to go through a diagnosis without support.

The Dempsey Center provides wrap-around care—from counseling to integrative therapies—at zero cost to patients and caregivers.
