I'm raising money for the Dempsey Center!

Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.

As many of you know, we lost our sweet friend Adrienne Taylor to ovarian cancer this spring. Adrienne loved the Dempsey Center and utilized it in many ways during her fight with cancer.

I made up multiple excuses as to why I couldn't participate in this year's Dempsey Challenge, but have realized that Adrienne would be attending to support her peers if she could, and would support me if I ever needed her in this way.

The Dempsey Challenge is this Saturday- Foster and I will be walking to honor Adrienne and to raise funds so that those utilizing the Dempsey Center have the best chance possible in beating their cancer.
