I walk to support my daughter-in-law. Here is her story:

Every Step Is a Promise 
Just five days postpartum, I was readmitted to the hospital with postpartum preeclampsia with severe features. What should have been a time of resting, bonding, and celebrating my new baby instead became a frightening reminder that the risk of preeclampsia doesn’t always end when a baby is born.

I’m walking for myself.
I’m walking for Holland.
I’m walking for every mom who has experienced preeclampsia.
And I’m walking for the moms and babies who deserve a safer tomorrow.
