Fundraise and celebrate with your colleagues!

We are so excited to invite Nemours Associates to the 4th Annual Nemours Children's Health Run & Walk on Saturday, November 21 at the Nemours Children's Health Specialty Clinic! 

Join us and our shared community as we bring together patients, families, partners, runners and more to raise funds and awareness that will exclusively benefit Nemours' clinical work here in Jacksonville. 

Gather your coworkers and register to raise funds for your department. When you sign up, you and your teammates will be entered into The Associate Challenge to earn rewards and incentives for your fundraising milestones. On race day we will celebrate your team and all your fundraising success!

The Challenge!

 

  • Associates who raise $250 or more, will recieve a Nemours Children's Health crew neck sweater. 
  • Teams that raise $5,000 or more can designate their funds to a department or fund of their choice. 
  • A trophy will be awarded to the Top Three Associate Fundraising Teams and each team will be given a team tent in Runner's Village on race day. 
  • The overall Top Associate Fundraiser will recieve a trophy and gift basket with Nemours and runner's swag. 

 

 The fundraising deadline to recieve a Nemours branded crew neck sweater is Friday, November 20th. You must raise a minimum of $250 to recieve a sweater. Trophy's to the Top Three Fundraising Teams and for the Top Individual Fundraiser will be awared at the event. Crew neck sweaters will be distriubuted to winners after the event. 

How to Sign Up

Step 1: Register

Visit www.nemours.org/jaxrun and click the Register button.

Choose Nemours Associate from the participation categories.

Choose which race you would like to participate in: 5K, or One-mile Fun Run

Start a team or join individually. Your team can be any size. We encourage you to recruit many colleagues to join. The bigger your team, the more money you can raise to help children!

If you are joining an existing team, simply search the team’s name and click the team name to join.

Step 2: Fundraise

Funds will support the Nemours Children’s Compassionate Care Fund, which restores the health of critically ill and injured children wherever the need is greatest. Associate Teams that raise $5,000 or more can designate their funds to support a department of their choice. After you’ve registered, utilize your fundraising dashboard to share your team URL, send messages, ask for donations and more!

Step 3: Run or Walk Together

On Saturday, November 21, we will gather at the clinic for an exciting morning with colleagues, family and friends for a great cause! Enjoy fun activities and music in Runners Village and bring your team spirit! We’ll see you at the start line!
