Race Schedule:

The 5K and Fun Run races will start at Nemours Estate near the front entrance gate.

8 - 8:45 a.m.: Race day registration 

*If you are registering on site, please visit the Registration tent located at the entrance of the Runner’s Village. Participants will also need to pick up their race packets at the Registration tent if they have not already done so.

9 a.m.: Fun Run start  

9:30 a.m.: 5K start 

10:20 a.m.: Announcements and awards ceremony  

11 a.m.: Event concludes. Thank you for your support!

Early Bird:  

Early Bird 5K: $20

Early Bird One-Mile Fun Run: $15

Early Bird registration closes on August 18th at 5pm

After August 18th:  

5K: $30

One-Mile Fun Run: $25

Race day registration: 

5K: $35

One-Mile Fun Run: $30

Please note: Registered participants will receive a race shirt and finisher’s medal. Medals will be handed out at the finish line while supplies last.    

Photography will be taken at the event. By attending the Nemours Children's Health Run & Walk, Delaware Valley, you acknowledge that you agree to allow Nemours Children’s to use the photography as we see fit, without compensation.

How it Works: 

Step 1: Register 

Choose from one of the four participant categories: community member, Nemours Children’s associate, company, or organization. 

Choose your race: 5K or Fun Run. 

Start a team or join individually. Your team can be any size—recruit family and friends. The bigger your team, the more money you can raise to help kids! 

If you are participating on an existing team, simply search and click on the team’s name to join. 

Please Note: Registered participants will receive a race shirt and finisher’s medal. Medals will be handed out at the finish line while supplies last.    

Step 2: Fundraising 

Every step supports the Nemours Children’s Compassionate Care Fund, which helps provide world-class care for critically ill and injured children when they need it most. 

Every step you take helps a child heal. Raise $5,000 or more, and you can direct your impact to the Nemours department of your choice in the Delaware Valley. After registering, use your fundraising dashboard to share your team’s URL, send messages, ask for donations and more! Check out these great tips  to kick-start your fundraising efforts. 

Step 3: Run, Walk or Roll Together 

On Sunday, October 18, we will gather at Nemours Estate for an exciting morning for a great cause! Enjoy fun family activities and music in the Runners Village and bring your team spirit! We’ll see you at the starting line and celebrate your finish!
