My husband, Kevin & I are volunteering to raise money for Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine as Team Ugly Ducklin. As a couple we pick a non-profit organization each year to support. This year it's LVIM.
As indivuduals, we are involved in other organizations. I volunteer and support the American Business Women's Association - Lakeland Downtown Chapter. I am a Past Predient, current Sponsor chair, 2021 Top Ten Business Women of the Year and recently approved candidate for District I Vice President. I love the professional development & personal growth I receive through ABWA. I love sharing our message to women in business and giving back through mentorship opportunities.
I am an original Lakelander, proud graduate from Lakeland Gibson High School #GoBraves and Florida State University #Go Noles. My favorite colors are Garnet & Gold. I grew up in a real estate & construction family, seeking my own path I added mortgages to the mix. My current employer is Guaranteed Rate Affinity, one of the top ranked lenders in the nation. I love working here because we follow strong core values and believe in giving back to our local communities.
Why LVIM? I have crossed paths with many individuals who struggle with health issues and avoid treatments due to lack of medical insurance. I believe LVIM is a must in our community and needs our support so they can continue supporting the wonderful people of Polk County.
