This will be thei first time I am participating in Care Dimensions 39th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions! I walk to keep my moms memory alive.  The Kaplan Family Hospice House was amazing to my mom and my family while we were there.  Donating and showing support for this place is the least I can do for the staff and volunteers.
