I’m participating in the New Hope Community 5K Run / Walk / Roll to support a community where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are seen, valued, and empowered to live full lives.

New Hope is about connection and possibility: friendships, independence, confidence, and community belonging. The funds raised through this event help strengthen the programs and experiences that make those things real.

My connection to New Hope:My daughter Katrina lives in a New Hope Community house and attends a day program on their campus. In her short time with the Agency, she has grown in confidence and has been given the opportunity to enjoy so many new experiences . sentences here about why you’re participating ... a person you love, a friend, a family member, your work, or simply why this mission matters to you.]
