Gay Island Guide is "Your Compass to Navigating LGBTQ+ Hawaii". We are Native Hawaiian owned and 100% locally operated. We are the most accessible to our LGBTQ community and readily available to assist by referring those who need help to the resources they may need including the Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Center.
During the pandemic we are the only LGBTQ organization to have provided a food drop and all remaining food was given to HHHRC who year round provides services not only to our lgbt community but to the community at-large including vital HIV services.
