This year, we're proud to participate in the 15th annual Bark on the Beach at Narragansett Town Beach to help give homeless animals a second chance. This beloved event raises critical funds for Animal Rescue Rhode Island (ARRI), which cares for over 500 pets each year, and I need your help!

By sponsoring our walk or joining us on September 13th, you’ll help provide shelter, medical care, and love to animals waiting for a new home. Thousands of pets are thriving today thanks to compassionate supporters like you.

Our goal is to raise essential funds to support ARRI’s mission to go to any length for the animals in their care. Every dollar makes a difference and goes directly to helping the animals.

Let’s give these pets the second chance they deserve!

My first Bark on the Beach was in 2022, when a group of my cousins and our dogs formed a team called The Usual Pupspects. We won Best Group Name, placed third in team fundraising, and later discovered, when ARRI’s promotional photographs appeared, that several of us had apparently been raising pet models all along.

Before the event, I spoke with Jeanine Conrady, Director of Development at ARRI, about what Bark on the Beach means to the organization and what the public may not see after the last prizes are handed out and the beach empties.
