If you know me, you know that I care deeply about the health and safety of my community, and I feel so lucky to work at place like SWB that serves youth in such an impactful way. As Behavioral Health Coordinator, I have the opportunity to lead the implementation of innovative behavioral health interventions across our programs. This year, we are hoping to support staff in their new capacity as behavioral health interventionists by hiring recent SWB alumni as assistant coaches and peer-to-peer mentors. If you have the resources, please consider donating to our cause. It would mean so much to me!
